A mechanical compensator for the horizontal angular error of the playing arm of a record player. A lever is mounted upon and rotatable in a horizontal plane about a first bearing affixed to the base frame of the record player, the lever carrying a second bearing journalling a vertical shaft upon which the playing arm is mounted for joint rotation therewith. As the vertical shaft rotates during the second-tracking movement of the playing arm and the vertical shaft, a member affixed to the shaft is caused by a cam track to rotate the lever about the first bearing. The invention relates to the reproduction of recorded information and can be used in electronic playing devices to eliminate the horizontal angular error of the tonearm. A self compensating signal with variable correction angle and length is known. The change in length is realized by means of a longitudinal movement of the reproducing needle, which is movably mounted on the slide. The longitudinal movement of the slider with the needle is controlled by a lever that is pivotally connected at one end with the slider. At the other end of the same lever, a pin is installed which moves in the profiled slot of the guide plate. On the other hand, the liner carrying the slider with the needle has a movable link with two levers and can change its position in relation to them. A device consisting of two levers, an insert with a movable link, and four bearings, near which the arms rotate, forms a parallelogram, providing parallel movement of the needle relative to the selected radius of the reproduced plate. The longitudinal movement control of the slider ensures that the needle movement coincides with the same radius (French Patent No. 2106813, Cl. G 11 B 3/00, 1978). The disadvantages of this tonearm are the following: input of additional, undesirable friction in six bearings and two sliders relative to one classical tonearm; danger of system torsion due to bearing gaps; complicated construction then narma; inconsistency of the working vertical pressure of the needle on the plate depending on the moment length of the shoulder, inconsistency of the rolling force depending on the moment correction working angle of the arm. Also known is a compensator for the horizontal angular error of the tonearm, in which the angle is corrected by varying the distance between the center of the plate and the axis of rotation of the tonearm, by means of servo equipment and an optical sensor. The sensor is a light frame and a movable mask. profiled orifice, which is installed on the axis of horizontal rotation of the tonearm subject to correction (copyright certificate NRB No. 24765, cl. G 11 3/38, 1978). A disadvantage of the known devices is the design complexity and costly gray device. The aim of the invention is to create a compensator for the horizontal angular error of the tonearm with a simple and technological design. The goal is achieved by means of a compensator, in which the axis of the tonearm is mounted on a carrier arm mounted on the main chassis of the playing device. The compensator includes a plate with a shaped hole. The tonearm axis is connected to a cam mechanism, consisting of a roller and a shaped plate aperture, by means of which the horizontal angular error is corrected. The advantages of the invention are as follows: complete compensation of the horizontal angular error of the tonearm; full static balancing of the system, constant vertical pressure and rolling force during the operation of the compensator, at all angles of rotation of the tonearm; no need to use complex servos; maximum simplification of the structure. FIG. 1 shows the compensator for the horizontal angular error of the tonearm, with the classical tonearm mounted on it; in fig. 2 compensator, embodiment. The compensator consists of a carrier arm 2 fixed to the chassis 13 by means of a bearing 4, and at one end of the carrier arm 2 a counterweight 5 is installed, statically balancing the weight of the arm 1, mounted on the other arm using an axis 12 and a horizontal rotation bearing 3. In the rear part of the odH 12 horizontal rotation of the tonear 1 there is a cam mechanism consisting of a lever 6 carrying a rotating roller 7 and a plate 10. The roller 7 abuts its surface against the edge 8 of the profiled opening 9 of the plate 10. The plate 10 is mounted on the main chassis 13 of the playing device using a screw 11 that allows adjustment. A plate 10 with a shaped opening 9 (Fig. 2) is installed on the lower part of the axis 12 of horizontal turning of the arm 1 at the bottom of the axis 12, and the roller 7 is installed on the main chassis 13 and rotates bc freely around its axis. For the operation of the compensator, it does not matter which of the two elements of the mechanical sensor, namely roller 7 and plate 10, are fixed on the chassis 13, and which on the axis 12 of the horizontal rotation of the tonear 1. The compensator works as follows. When installing the tonearm 1, the pickup needle enters the working position in contact with the grooves of the plate. The friction between them creates a force with a component directed to the corresponding radius of the grooves. This force is applied at the point of contact between the surface of the roller 7 and the edge 8. shaped hole 9, providing the necessary contact between them. This contact is maintained at all positions of the roller 7 in the shaped hole 9 due to the mobility of the lever 2 and the tonear 1. When turning the tonear 1 around the axis 12, the roller 7 rolls along the working edge 8 of the shaped hole 9 of the plate 1O which changes the distance between the axis 12 and the center of the record. This is possible as the lever 2 rotates about the axis of the bearing 4. Compensation is the result of optimization through a controlled change in the distance between the axis; Tonarm and the center of the record plate. It is recognized as an invention according to the results of the examination carried out by the Office for Invention of the People's Republic of Bulgaria.
